In a town already crowded with Italian trattorias and Mediterranean menus, two women decided to do something different. Something the whole area had been missing. They opened a restaurant that brought the warmth, colour, and soul of the Caribbean to the heart of South London — and refused to do it quietly.
Palms Caribbean Fusion wasn't built to blend in. It was built to stand out.

Chapter Two
A destination. Not just a dinner.
From the very beginning, the vision was clear: this would be a destination. Not a casual Friday takeaway. Not another neighbourhood diner. A place where you'd book ahead, dress up a little, and arrive expecting to be impressed.
And time and again, guests leave having exceeded those expectations.
With 90 covers spread across two thoughtfully designed floors — an open, vibrant dining room downstairs and an intimate private space upstairs — Palms was designed for the moments that matter. Birthdays. Anniversaries. First dates that last until closing. The kind of evenings you retell for years.
